Lost or broken shipments will be replaced immediately on receipt of proof (images) from the customer.

We offer seamless customs free shipping within the EU from our EU base station.

We will not ship to a P.O. Box. Please provide a physical address. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses and re-shipment of product will incur standard shipping fees to your location.

Your item will be shipped within 72 hours. Depending on your location we endeavour to ensure delivery within 7 -15 working days. For EU customers please allow 18-24 business days after dispatch.
